Hot Symbols does not collect, store, process, or transmit any personal data or usage information. The app runs entirely on your device.
No analytics
There are no analytics, telemetry, crash reporters, or tracking of any kind. We don't know how many users we have, and we like it that way.
No network requests
The app works completely offline. It never connects to the internet. No APIs, no servers, no cloud sync, no update pings.
No accounts
No sign-ups, no logins, no email addresses. You download it, you use it. That's it.
Local storage only
Your preferences (theme, language, custom categories) are stored locally on your machine. They never leave your device.
Third parties
There are none. No SDKs, no embedded services, no third-party code that phones home.
